Biography

R. C. Yavas is a Research Fellow in the Department of Computer Science at National University of Singapore supervised by Prof. Jonathan Scarlett and Prof. Vincent Y. F. Tan. His research interests include information theory and multi-armed bandits. In particular, his works are under the topics of finite-blocklength channel coding and best-arm identification.
